1974
Our beginnings
We started in Pérez Zeledón as a small family welding and mechanics shop, with our first lathe and a guillotine shear.

Expansion
We added a second lathe, expanding our capacity and the number of customers we could serve.

Growth and infrastructure
We built our first workshop and later bought the premises, strengthening our operating capacity.

Industrial experience
We began working with a major agro-industrial company, manufacturing spare parts and components for a range of equipment and machinery.

Family continuity
The arrival of the next family generation drove a new stage of growth and development for the company.

Modernization
We added a modern lathe and later our first CNC lathe, moving toward more advanced manufacturing processes.

A new business stage
We consolidated the MEPREZUH identity and our current industrial facilities in Los Chiles, Pérez Zeledón.

First machining center
We added our first CNC machining center, expanding our precision manufacturing capabilities.

Laser cutting technology
We acquired a 12 kW fiber laser cutting machine, able to cut up to 40 mm in carbon steel.

How we work
What stays the same from one part to the next
Verified precision
Every tolerance is checked with an instrument before the part ships, and the measurement is recorded.
Keeping our word
We give lead times we can keep, and we warn before, not after, if something changes. A late spare part stops an entire line.
Craft and technology
The CNC program repeats the dimension across the batch. The fine fit and final finish depend on the person running the machine.
